We played a Tiny Random Map. Dan was the Tutons, I was the Britons. We were on two separate islands. Dan was the first to advance an age, so I had to turn up the juice. After I reached the imperial age, I decided it was time to venture over yonder and see what Dan was up to.
My ships found a tower and some villagers mining stone or gold. Of course the ships started laying waste.
Trying to act quickly... I sent a transport over with some villagers, some monks and some long bowman (from my castle... *mmmmmmm*.)
It didn't take long for the villagers to throw a castle together on the outskirts of Dan's base... and after adding a monastery (to take over the relics I was about to get from his soon-to-be-fallen monastery) and siege factory, our now building forces started to finish his base before he could sneak an attack over to my island.
While all this was going on, I snuck my ships around the back side of the island and dismantled Dan's docks to ensure my own "homeland security."
Not too long after, the Britons emerged Conquerors. It was a great game.

Dan and I had a grandiose time playing Motocross Madness 2. We started off with a hearty round of Halfgrand Playground stunts. Happily, I was able to hit 1 Million on the halfpipes... something I've never been good at achieving. ** SIDENOTE: After taking that screenshot, I realized I had achieved higher than 1 Million before on the halfpipes, do disregard my lovely banter **
We then moved on to race: Funky Flyer Second Edition, Mackheu Basin (which incidentally has become Dan's favorite National so far), Snowfields, El Centro and Mosquito Hill. I think Mosquito Hill is convincing Dan to invest in a gamepad. Springloading Heaven... Huzzah!
Take as second to watch the vcr files as one of the laps was about my luckiest ever and I was able to pull some landings I never thought I would. I believe there is an example of a smooth clearing of the "hellish-nightmare" triple-play triples section.
(Those of you who are familiar with Mosquito Hill will know EXACTLY where I'm talking about.)
We then returned to Halfgrand for some High-Flyin' Free-Sailin' Smokin' ramp action. (I just wanted to see how many apostrophes I could get in one sentence! It was glorious to get a 20800 x 5.5 on my first serious night back on the bike.
Incidentally, this landing was on the left side of the landing area after Smokin' (inside the halfpipe arena.)
Dan impressed me with his 13700 x 4 he pulled off on the Smokin' ramp, but unfortunately didn't hit Print Screen in time to snag a screenshot.
Tonight made me seriously stoked for the Turkey Bowl this Thanksgiving Weekend!!!
